Four things we ask everyone, so the room works for all of us.

Are you sensitive or allergic to incense or strong smells?

We light incense at the start. If anyone is sensitive we reduce it or skip it entirely.

How would you like to contribute?

Suggested $15 per person, $20 for two. Nobody is turned away — “in person” is always a fine answer.

Health & personal responsibility The active meditations involve vigorous movement and strong emotional release. I take part at my own discretion and remain responsible for my own body — I will rest or stop whenever I need to. I understand this gathering is a spiritual and community practice, and is not therapy, medical treatment, or religious instruction. How contributions work Buddha Hall runs on donation. I have read the suggested contribution and understand that it covers the space, tea and materials — and that nobody is turned away for being unable to give.
